START ‘EMS I NAILED

1.) Tom Brady – 23 for 26 for 267 yds., 4TDs & 0 INTs. He had a QB rating of 149.0 and 34 fantasy points. The real Tom Brady showed up when his team needed a division clinching game.
2.) Kurt Warner – 313 yds. with 2 TDs & 0 INTs. 23 points. Another solid performance from old faithful.
3.) Jerome Harrison – 39 rushes for 148 yards & 1TD. 18 points. He set a Browns record for carries so it seems like they’ll run him until his wheels fall off with one game remaining.

START ‘EMS I SCREWED

1.) Ricky Williams – 10 carries for 35 yds. & 5 receptions for another 26 yds. 10 points. Could have done a little better if he didn’t get banged up.
2.) Maurice Jones-Drew – 18 carries for 63 yards & 3 receptions for 35 yds. for 12 points. This wasn’t horrible for a regular RB, but for MJD it was.

SIT ‘EMS I NAILED

1.) Laurence Maroney – 5 carries for 22 yds. and then a fumble on the goal line that got him yanked for the remainder of the game. 0 points.
2. LeSean McCoy – 6 carries for 27 yds. & 1 reception for 39 yds. 6 points.
3.) Joseph Addai – 6 carries for 40 yds. & a TD. 10 points. He was set up for a huge day until Indy yanked their starters.
4.) TJ Houshmanzadeh – 4 receptions for 51 yds. 9 points. Some scouts said he looked slow & lethargic out there on the field.
5.) Heath Miller – 3 receptions for 35 yds. 6 points. Just like I thought… they used him to block all day long.
6.) Donnie Avery – 2 receptions for 24 yds. 2 points. He continued to struggle with Keith Null as the QB.
7.) Eli Manning – 296 yds. passing with 1TD & 0 INTs. 11 points. They got mauled by the Panthers in an embarrassing game for them.

44 total points combined from these guys (1 QB, 3 RBs, 2 WRs & 1 TE) Ouch!

SIT ‘EMS I SCREWED

1.) Jay Cutler – I think he was sick of me putting him on my SIT ‘EM list… so he made me pay! 273 yds. passing with 4 TDs & 1 INT. This is what Chicago expected when the made the trade for him. 33 points.

START ‘EM

RBs
1.) Ricky Williams at Bills – He’s back to looking like the pre-bong
hitting, soul searching running back we used to know.
2.) D’Angelo Williams at Jets – Williams is clearly the Panthers best back and will prove it against the beaten down Jets… No matter how much crying Rex Ryan does before the game.
3.) Pierre Thomas vs New England - Everybody thinks that this years “MNF game of the year” is going to be a shootout (which it might be) but I expect the Saints to shake it up & give the Pats a heavy dose of Thomas.

WRs
1.) Michael Crabtree vs. Jaguars – The 49ers went to the spread offense in the 2nd half last week & started to light it up. It’s an offense that Crabtree and Alex Smith both excelled at in college so look out.
2.) Chris Chambers vs. Chargers – Look for him to try to prove the Chargers wrong for releasing him. Revenge game.
3.) Vincent Jackson vs. Chiefs – On the other side of the ball there’s Jackson who’s been fairly quiet lately. The Chargers are on a roll so look for him to finally explode.

SIT ‘EM

QBs
1.) Jay Cutler at Vikings – If he keeps throwing off his back foot he’s gonna continue to suck. If he can fix it he can throw for 400 yards… but I’m betting he hasn’t fixed it yet.
2.) Donavan McNabb vs. Redskins – He’s thrown one or fewer TD passes in four out of his last five games against the Redskins. Washington’s tough defense in 2009 has allowed just one QB to throw multiple TDs against them. History is against him in this matchup.
3.) Ben Roethlisberger at Ravens – He’s still banged up & may not play. A friend of a friend that knows a friend says those concussions are really taking a toll on him & I’m sure Ray Lewis would like to give him another one.

RBs
1.) Adrian Peterson vs. Bears – He’s had ankle issues all week & now he’s sick. You gotta play him anyways… but temper your expectations.
2.) Rashard Mendenhall at Ravens – If the Steelers have a backup QB in there then the Ravens will focus on the run. Not good news for Mendenhall.
3.) Matt Forte at Vikings - He’s only had three 60+ rushing games this season & his only hope for fantasy points will be short little receptions out of the backfield.

WRs
1.) Santonio Holmes at Ravens – If Big Ben is out who’s going to get him the ball? Dennis Dixon?
2.) Braylon Edwards vs. Panthers -  He has yet to top 100 yards in a game this season. With rookie QB Sanchez struggling and Edwards dropping passes again it doesn’t look good against Carolina’s 5th best pass defense.
3.) Santana Moss at Eagles – Does anybody still have him starting? The Redskins poor offensive line has Jason Campbell running for his life most of the time. Plus Moss hasn’t scored since week 4. Ouch.
